Asad Amanat Ali Khan, a well-known classical singer of the Patiala family, passed away 14 years ago, but his ghazals and songs still resonate in the audience. He is the son of Ustad Amanat Ali Khan, Ustad Fateh Ali and Ustad Hamid Ali Khan.

 Born on September 25, 1955, in Lahore, Asad Amanat Ali received his musical training from his father Ustad Amanat Ali Khan, and grandfather Ustad Akhtar Hussain Khan. Together with his uncle Ustad Hamid Ali Khan, his duo gave a new dimension to classical singing. Found from Bihar. After the sudden death of his father Ustad Amanat Ali Khan in 1974, his song 

"Insha Ji Atho Ab Koch Karo" was also sung beautifully. He also sang playback songs for movies like Shama Mohabbat, Sohail, Choice, Glass House, Life, I'm Still Young, Tarana, I Love You and Andhi and Toofan. Asad Amanat Ali is a very good singer. 

In recognition of his artistic services, he was awarded the Presidential Award for Excellence in Performance in 2007. Asad Amanat Ali Khan died of a heart attack in London on April 8, 2007. He was buried in Mominpura Lahore Cemetery. They are comfortable.
